I bought a house on which Master Craft had recently done the roof. The building inspector I hired failed to notice this roof was garbage. First thaw resulted in 4 leaks--the worst pouring from a ceiling fixture draining out of the attic. I go on the roof and I'm looking at dozens upon dozens of exposed nail heads and flashing where roof planes meet with 4x2inch openings where flashing should overlap (where rodents were getting in). Jesse and company were a complete nightmare. Did a poor job which they said they would repair and did not. Delay resulted in water damage. Eventually came over and made me pay more to fix their mess. In addition shingles continue to blow off and result in annual repairs. Zero stars or less would be more appropriate.

Hmmm. $10K cash if I signed with them on the spot. Needless to say we did not. Found another company for less than half the price for the same quality shingle. Didn't seem to want our business. Perhaps that's a good thing.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - Jesse repeatedly told us he'd be over to complete the job. Two years later of stress and follow up and he's still not returned. He has now cancelled his phone number. We are left with an incomplete roof!!! 0/5 stars. He would get negative if there was that option.
