They took too long to fix the AC and it still doesn’t cool properly. Waste of money.
The AC repair was poorly done and stopped working again the next day. Very disappointing service.
I paid a high price for the repair but the issue was never fully resolved. Not worth it.
The technician seemed untrained and left the AC making strange noises. Not professional at all.
Very poor communication from start to finish. I was told the technician would call when on the way but I got no update until he was already outside. He rushed through the job and didn’t explain what was wrong. The fix didn’t last 24 hours and they refused to return without another charge. Completely disappointed.
