Flooded basement ServiceMaster responed quickly when my basement floored. I called them at 4 in the morning and they were at my house by 6.They did a great job keeping me informed of the process and explaining what they were doing.
Don't recommend ServiceMaster Clean out of Waldorf The people are nice initially; however, when coming to your home you get the feeling they are money hungry. The first thing they want is your deductible. When you ask for an estimate, they don't want to deal with you, they want to deal with the insurance company. However, you have to remember, they work for you not the insurance company. They are unorganized, and watch it, they will charge your for items/services never performed
