I have always loved master clean. Then I asked them to clean our pastors new home and gave them my credit card number to pay for it.theresa assured me there would be no issue. They showed up to clean the house and claimed it wasn’t paid and they had to pay it. I am humiliated by this and disgusted with master clean. Plus they claim they are open til 5 on Saturday so I called to straighten it out but they were closed. I will not use them again and neither should any of you!!

Our compter did not post the infomation that the job was already paid for and we had credit card on file. Your issue was handle by me on a Saturday via text, in which , we conversed 2 or 3 times.
