Recommended7/24/20. Had 4 rooms clean. Didn’t fail me. Have used master clean for years. Very prompt, professional, on time. Have used them also to clean vents. Only company I will use. Than You Elijah! Very personal and friendly. Will request Elijah again. 5 Stars
Let me start by saying, I in the past have used Master clean and the two gentleman that came before were extremely kind. This time was nothing of the sort! I was told I would have a window of 2:30-4:30. Great, the carpet cleaner Damon arrived at 2:35ish and he came inside. I told him I had not received an update of what time exactly he would be here . Comparable pricing to other large carpet cleaning companies. They fit me in the NEXT day! Great service, will call again.
This company is as good as it gets! I had a very problematic carpet in one of our guest rooms. Years of puppy accidents had really taken it's toll. I honestly did not think anything could remove the urine stains and odor. Enter Master Clean!! While their crew was challenged ( as I said years of puppy accidents ) they addressed the issues and resolved them to perfection! Thank you Van Wilcox and Jim Heise. Worst customer service ever. I paid for 7 rooms...but they insisted on charging Xtra for a 2ft landing (charged same price as large room) I had to pay for 8 rooms. Rude would not adjust price. don't use them. not worth it. bad attitude towards customers.
This is the second time I’ve had Master Clean out to my house. They do an amazing job and the men who cleaned my carpets both times were personable and super-hard workers. Damon showed up yesterday and rocked it out in no time. When he was done, he had sweat running down his face and he didn’t waste a moment. What a hard worker! He was very helpful with cleaning tips for me too. I really appreciated his extra effort. I love that when Master Clean leaves I almost feel like I have new carpets again. Thanks to a great team!
