its funny to read these comments because i know what really happned to these people who gave a bad review. if ya dont pay your bill you dont get service plain and simple. Extremely bad service – We have service with them for 8 years and over the Master burglar alarm had never called to check with you even if we had many false alarms over the years. A couple of times the battery died out and after battery replacement we called in and wanted to do the alarm test with them, this is when we had the only chance to talk to them. Twice we received very rude service with the operator (this is a very small company and likely we were talking to the owner or their sons). They were not interested in doin... read more
Local, Honest, No Contracts – I have been using Master for over ten years. They sell you what you want/need and have no long term contracts that suck you in with free equipment up front. The monitoring is in Austin, not some sublet in New York or India. They provide a straight forward service that should be appreciated. No candy coating, just a service that is here and now.
EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER RONNIE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY – THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. I THINK A JOB REQUIREMENT TO WORK AT MASTER BURGLAR ALARM IS ARROGANCE. FROM THE OWNER DOWN TO THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE. BEWARE, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.
rude service – service guy was nice but debbie unbelievably irritable loud annoying beeping when on hold when i asked if they could change that, debbie cut me off and told me to go elsewhere well i did and got a much better deal thx, debbie saved me a ton of money!!!
