I called on a Sunday and Jack was able to come by and take a look at our chimney. We were worried we could not burn wood in our Betenbough home, but he assured us how to open the air I take system and got a fire going for us. Super thankful for him!

I had an outstanding experience with this company! The owner, Jack, went above and beyond to help me figure out a ceiling leak that turned out to be caused by a blocked dryer vent. I had my chimney sweep by Master Air Duct, and I can’t remember ever getting such a great service from any other company! The technician (Jack) showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure to keep the work area spotless with tarps layed down and vacuums. You can tell this guy really know what he’s doing and take pride in their work.
