Johnathan provided great and knowledgeable service for our family today, and I am generally thankful that the Master AC and Heat team was able to come out within just a few hours of calling since we have a newborn at home. They are my go to service provider for any time we have an issue or need a tune up.
The work that the team did was excellent and they were fast to respond and knew my unit needed servicing and were thorough in their work. They made sure to clean up and be diligent with removing our unit and servicing it. However, instead of using my water hose to service the unit in our yard, they used their own. In the process they removed my hose, destroyed the teflon tape on the water connector and when they left, my outdoor water hose now sprays (leaks) from the water outlet.
