The work that the team did was excellent and they were fast to respond and knew my unit needed servicing and were thorough in their work. They made sure to clean up and be diligent with removing our unit and servicing it. However, instead of using my water hose to service the unit in our yard, they used their own. In the process they removed my hose, destroyed the teflon tape on the water connector and when they left, my outdoor water hose now sprays (leaks) from the water outlet. The tech showed up on time, knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem. We were also fortunate enough to get same day service on our AC, which helped a lot.
