Michelle Andrews was completely unprofessional in our home buying experience. She represented the sellers and refused to answer phone calls from our attorney and realtor. She allowed her sellers to breach contract 3 times, delaying our settlement at the last minute and essentially making us homeless. I would not recommend her for anyone’s home buying needs. She ruined our first time home buying experience. The broker at Masten Realty did absolutely nothing to make up for this horrible experience.
My husband & I had an excellent experience with Michelle Andrews. She was (and still is) available at any given time, very responsive, and helpful with every step of the way. She knew the style and price range we wanted and she always kept that in mind. She showed us homes that fit with what we were looking for and did not give up until we found our dream home.
