Parking on private property without permission. And having residents move their vehicles so the mastec trucks can sit in our lot for hours without doing any work. And no way to call and complain either. Local number is disconnected and the corporate number makes you leave a message. Absolutely unprofessional!!!!
I purchased a tv from BB and paid to have it wall mounted. I was expecting geek-squad but was sent a 3rd party contractor. I have to say the techs were pretty rude and not at all like the service Ive gotten in the past from Best Buy. I rarely go out of the way to leave a bad review bc I can understand if someone has a bad day.
Be sure when you call Geek Squad that they don't have this group sent to you. Wait for appointment with Geek Squad if you have to! Totally messed up our system and we are having to pay 99.99 to have our universal remote reprogrammed. No sound from tv, tech came back and said we had a short in our receiver (we don't). Also, When hooked up Alexa to play music thru our speakers, it plays everywhere but there, intermittent, and then stops or starts up again in another room.
