Thanks to her lack of professionalism, broken promises, and no sense of urgency, my husband and 3 small children are currently out of a home and a $150 application fee. We asked her specifically if there will be any issues applying for an apartment we liked and she said"everything should be fine" .That was her response to everything even after over a week passed since our lease start date.
