Tony does my building maintenance for properties i have, and he always does a great job, and solves every issue i throw at him.
This company is managing a construction site on Perth Ave, just south of Ernest Ave. the site has been so poorly managed for years - trucks blocking the sidewalk regularly, cement runoff all over the sidewalk and now they have completely neglected any form of snow removal. Pedestrians, especially those with strollers, are being forced to walk on Perth which is a busy street due to their negligence. It's despicable.
This company managed to kill a 24 year-old through sheer negligence. Does that sound like a company you should do business with?
