I have been a tenant in the Country Club Manor apartment complex of Tri City Rentals for 3 years and I have been very happy with my apartment, the grounds (well kept and beautifully landscaped), and all maintenance needs. The current manager Stacy does an outstanding job connecting with all the tenants, listening and immediately responding to any maintenance or other concerns and generally just being great to deal with.
