One of the best experience I’ve had with any locksmith company. Forrest was nothing short of amazing. I just bought my new property and needed to change all the locks. He was so professional, polite and efficient that I felt like I was severely underpaying for the quality of work I received. Masslock has a customer for life in me!
Called to have a lock replaced and they were able to come out the same day. Price was reasonable, and the lock technician, Forrest, was quick to get the job done. He made sure we were happy with everything, and he cleaned up before he left. Thank you!
I was impressed and delighted with this Masslock in Malden. I had gone to other places trying to recover a lost key for my mom, but no one could help me until I went here. In less than 10 minutes, I had not just one, but a pair that were perfectly functional. The price was perfect, and they were very friendly and helpful. 💯 I recommend them!
Had to call MASSLOCK today for a broken key in a door. I was updated along the way with arrival time. Forrest was super helpful. Got the key out quickly and was able to make me keys. Then he had me check to make sure they worked. Super friendly great guy!!
Paul G quickly answered the service request I placed through the website, and made it easy for me to submit pictures (via text) of my concern. Forrest arrived with the correct parts we needed, and got the job finished quickly! Everyone was responsive and courteous and I would definitely call them again.
