Paul G quickly answered the service request I placed through the website, and made it easy for me to submit pictures (via text) of my concern. Forrest arrived with the correct parts we needed, and got the job finished quickly! Everyone was responsive and courteous and I would definitely call them again.
Masslock, as represented by their locksmith Forrest, receives my highest recommendation. To be clear, I threw Forrest a curveball by asking him to prep a second door for a lock (our appointment only was for installing one lock). He happily obliged. Additionally, I had some extra requirements because I was going to complete the installation on the second door himself. I recently moved into an older home with some pretty ancient locks and door/frames, so I reached out to MassLock for help with replacing them. I submitted pictures of the locks online on a weekend, and someone from their team called me the very next day with a rough estimate and to schedule a service technician. Had to call MASSLOCK today for a broken key in a door. I was updated along the way with arrival time. Forrest was super helpful. Got the key out quickly and was able to make me keys. Then he had me check to make sure they worked. Super friendly great guy!!
Very easy to work with...fast, clean and professional. I just submitted them some photos of my project and they called me the next morning with an estimate and scheduled the work quickly. Dan, the locksmith, was excellent. There may be cheaper options out there - but you typically get what you pay for. I would use MassLock again for sure and appreciate their professionalism and quality of work.
