This clinic is trash. This doctor is arrogant and condescending and doesn't give a damn about anyone's time except his. We came for a 10 minute appointment to get my 2 month old grandson shots. We've been here over an hour. The last appointment was 3 hours for a well baby checkup. Please don't use him.
I use to see him and I was very pleased with him I was an obese child and he was very concerned with my weight and is the reason why my eating habits changed I am now 25 and if I ever have children there will be no question who they will see.
We have been with Dr. Massingill for 4 years now and love him and his staff. We have never had any problems of any kind...
TERRIBLE, UNFRIENDLY FRONT STAFF. DISCHARGED MY CHILD AND REFUSED TO SEE HER ANYMORE ALL BECAUSE I TOOK MY CHILD TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. (SHE HAD STREP BTW) THEY ALSO CHARGE TO SEND MEDICAL RECORDS TO ANOTHER PHYSICIAN EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE DISCHARGED HER FOR GOING TO SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER! WORSE OFFICE STAFF EVER!
I use to love this man and his facility. That all changed whenever my son started having an allergic reaction to a type of medicine and was having blood in his stool. They refused to see him since it was close to 430, so we went to the ER. We went back for his 12 month check up and told him we had tubes put in due to him having 8 ear infections in 5 months. He treated us so differently because he didn't do it. We didn't get the care we should have at his 12 month check up. Won't go back.
If you have any form of Medicaid, the second visit on you will be treated differently. At first he seemed to be the nice Christian man he portrayed to be (pictures on the wall inside the check up rooms). The nurses are all very rude and seem to only be there for the paycheck. One nurse did not clean my sons leg nor bandage him after he pushed the needle in his leg. I held his arms as I was told but he is extremely strong for his age. I had to search for a nurse to get any help.
