Very thorough with examining the eyes
I entered this shop to make an appointment for eye exam and enquiry regarding the glasses scheme under the DSP. There were a few customers in the shop and the receptionist stated loudly and rudely “what’s the DSP?” I was so embarrassed in front of the other customers, I had to explain it was for the disability support pension , glasses scheme.
