We left this practice a few years ago. We really liked the doctors - especially Dr. Belardo - but the office staff was so mean that we finally switched. I don’t want to be feel like I’m bugging the people that I’m paying to treat my “bug.” Once my daughter said, “I think you have to hate people to be able to work here.”
Dr Olson's great... he's very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manor
Dr Keith misdiagnosed my condition and delayed my treatment. She needs to learn more about concussions. I would avoid this office.
Dr. Borges is a wonderful man. However, the people answering phones, especially Heather, is the rudest person I've ever met. When you call for an appointment, they put you on hold sometimes for a half hour or more. The people in the office run the show.
I've been a patient here for more than 10 years. Went in today and was treated like a drug seeker/abuser for asking for the same medication I've been prescribed since the very first appointment. The nurse practitioner miscalculated the 30 day supply of the medication she FINALLY agreed to give me and then refused to change it ( making it a 10 day supply). I am so blessed to have Dr.Seager M.D. As my doctor. He genuinely cares, and he takes time to explain any questions I may have. Because of him with his expertise care. He has helped me to manage my health as I have several health issues. He is old school..........where he treats me with the best care. And im Not just another number. Many Doctors sadly have gotten away from that. Or never really had it at all. I truly believe this is Dr.Seagers calling. And not just a job. The stafff there are pleasant & courteous.
