Going this office for years! Drs great but staff is Horrible!

We left this practice a few years ago. We really liked the doctors - especially Dr. Belardo - but the office staff was so mean that we finally switched. I don’t want to be feel like I’m bugging the people that I’m paying to treat my “bug.” Once my daughter said, “I think you have to hate people to be able to work here.”
Offered me a 9am or 10am appointment then found out that I hadn't been there since 2012. Turned into an 8 week appointment wait for a sore throat. How am I considered a "new" patient when I have been there before and everything is computerized. Only thing that has changed is insurance. So instead of filling a time slot you turned away a patient. Seems like a good business practice. Sadly, this is not the first issue I have had with this place. My wife has had many.
