They were all nice, very friendly, the place was well kept, smelt clean and the animals seem so loved. They helped a ton when I brought a lost cat in.

We have been clients of Massillon Animal Hospital since 1986. We literally just had our beloved dog Molly put to sleep on Friday, Aug. 7th. She was 17 years old. They were so caring, compassionate, understanding, and loving during this very difficult time. I would not consider taking our pets anywhere else. I have been taking my dog, Jack, to Massillon Animal Hospital since I've had him as a pup. He is now almost 9 years old. All you need to know is that my dog gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. He cannot wait to go in and say hi to all the friendly staff. I've been bringing my pets here for years. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to get to know you and your pets to help you determine what is best for your family. Dr. Ullum has gone above and beyond on many occasions to take care of my pets.
We love bringing our animals here and they love it, too! Everyone is always so kind and they show our cats plenty of love and attention. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time they take with us to make sure all of our questions are answered.
