We've been taking our pets here for 16 years and always have a great experience. Very educated and friendly staff. When we had to put our dog down at 15 years old I truly felt like each and everyone there cared about how I was doing and was very empathetic. Prices can be high at times but I'm a strong believer of you get what you pay for and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
An excellent place to bring my pets. Dr. Ullum and Dr. Gottuso are very caring and very thorough, and I love how they explain everything in detail concerning my pets. They always call to check up on them after a procedure or illness. The entire staff is very compassionate.
Awesome service was very impressed on the care that was giving to my little tinsy winsy peewee Jr I think Massillon animal hospital is a keeper �
Definitely pricey. Took my cat in to get hair cut. Was offered to opt out of rabies shot because I couldn't afford it at the time. They gave the shots anyways. I couldn't pay the bill. Why tell me I didn't have to get them, then do it anyways. They finally agreed to wave the bill, but closed my acct and won't see my cat anymore.
I've been going to them for about 20yrs now and I've always left with my dog in a good place. My only problem is that they are a bit over priced on their treatments. The doctors all seem knowledgeable and they've been very caring with my dogs.
Shame on them let my dog leave with open wound wow they love dogs
I have been going to Massillon Animal Hospital since the early 1980's. I've always received the best of care for my cats all these years.
