Chad comes routinely to check outside of our home. He’s always pleasant and helpful re any issues. On his recent visit I mentioned that a few times I thought I heard something inside about wall. He found 2 possible places something small could possibly get in, and offered/ did fill them in with sealing foam I had. Thank goodness he had a tall ladder! This was more than I expected and it is greatly appreciated. It’s these extra things that appreciate from Massey.

The inspection was ok. We thought we would get a termite inspection also. The inspection use to include an underhouse inspection Our termite bait traps weren't all taken care of
Absolute worst company and service I’ve ever dealt with. Finally cancelled all of my services - irrigation, lawn, pest control, after over $1000 and two months of waiting for water and them not taking care of anything. I literally gave them two months to take care of everything.
