Massey has been great. Went out of their way to provide service and ensure things were and are done correctly
Toby found the problem I was having with my irrigation system. Very good customer service.
We live in a multi family complex that Massey services treat. We moved in and have a bed bug issue. Massey come out and treated, the treatment is not effective treatment and when you call the office they can’t tell you how long to expect to see results or anything! So upon looking at the website stated 7-10 days should see bites stop. We haven’t seen that. When we try and speak to someone they say”because it’s not you account we can’t speak to you “ however it’s my home you are treating! You should provide us with answers!
