Some time ago, a Massey Services employee illegally entered our gated HOA community and without any notification or permission trespassed on private property and removed some termite traps that had been installed by the previous homeowner. Furthermore, the Massey guy left pot holes in my yard where the termite traps had been in place.
The inspection was on time, thorough and very professional. It ended with helpful tips and he pointed out areas of possible concern

Jeremy was fantastic—kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the “who’s who” of our unwanted house guests along with smart solutions. He handled our indoor treatment efficiently and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s comforting knowing our home is in such good hands—pests don’t stand a chance around here!
