I requested to cancel my services in April and the company continues to refuse to cancel my services. In lieu, their previous manager, Jaime, offered two months of free services. I agreed to the request, and the next initial charge was invoiced at a .01. I have the documentation. Afterwards, the company changed their stance and invoiced me in full.
