After twelve months, they were completely unable to control my yard's weeds or manage a recurring Grey Leaf Spot fungal issue. Horrible service. They sprayed a fungus to control bedbugs and then told us two weeks later the furniture could be used again. The treatment did not work and they claimed they never said it could be used again. They didn't stand by their work

I have been a customer of Massey for many years. They say this damage was caused by bugs, which they are supposed to treat and prevent. Today the Service Manager came out and said the bug damage wasn't their responsibility. I tried to show him photos of my lawn in November 2025 and what it looks like today (July 23, 2026).
