Nick has been super helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Before he leaves each visit, he makes sure to schedule our next one, he is informative and gives clear instruction on next steps. We’ve already seen so much improvement with our critter problems. I highly recommend! Worth the money because you see results quickly!

We had Tracy Slovick come out for a first free inspection for bed bugs. We stayed at hotel this past weekend and have had outbreak of bites. She was awesome. Gave a thorough look over of suitcases, clothing, bedding, furniture we've sat in! Also placed traps under bed posts and couches. She did not see anything which is good but concerning they could be hiding She was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and thorough. Said she'll follow up and we'll be ng traps.

We had a great experience with Massey Services, and I especially want to recognize Nick for the outstanding service he provided. From the moment he arrived, Nick was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.
