Just wanted to let the company know how great Nick Duberstein is. I am not a person who even do this or call to praise a person because I feel like they’re doing a job, but I’ve never met no one who do their job so good and it’s so nice when they’re doing it. … Once again that person is Nick Duberstein
Signed a new service agreement & made an appointment for them to come spray on Monday between 10 & 12. No one showed up! Not even a phone call. So called them they scheduled a new appointment for Sat. again between 10 & 12. No one showed again!! I texted the lady who signed me no response so I called the office the transferred me to someone else waited for a lady who told me the tech wasn't available for my area today!! Twice in a row no show! This isn't a good start at all!! Don't use this company such a waste of time!!
Nick was really diligent in making sure we are protected against termites, ants, and wasps. He even managed to find and take care of a wasp nest on top of our roof that we didn't know about.
He's excellent. He is a kind and respectful person, and he does his job properly. Thank you.
Nick was prompt, thorough, explained everything in detail, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Great job!
