We have had massey. For over two years and are yard is mess I have had to call over and over. They finally came out in Nov and said they will replace some of the grass but I still am waiting and Levi has not called back
Very poorly managed. Lack cohesion and accountability. Can’t rely on anyone there.
First of all, when a service is canceled, it should be canceled — you don’t come back later offering “free service” just to charge for it afterward. After an entire year of service, the issue was never properly fixed. Another company was able to resolve it in less than two visits. On top of that, I was threatened with being sent to collections, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like a form of pressure and intimidation. Next time, I will make sure to record the call and share it with a lawyer if necessary.
