They charge all this money for literally zero difference in your yard from prior years. I switched to a different company and I saw an improvement in a couple of weeks. If you’re looking for a long hair company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Massey is a company to stay away from. I cancelled Massey due to their technician damaging my son’s exterior paint on his home from their spray. Massey refused to accept responsibility, which is no surprise. In the process of obtaining quotes from other companies, we were informed and were shown direct evidence that our trees and landscape shrubs all had fungus. Update to the update: Update #2: Amazing what updating a review will do — I finally received a call back. Unfortunately, the conversation went exactly as expected. I was told they would not be helping with the damage and they continued trying to explain why their company “couldn’t have caused it.” I explained again that no other company sprays or treats my home with any chemicals or products, yet they still refused to take any responsibility or offer any form of assistance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company cares more about protecting its wallet than taking care of its customers. They caused approximately $2,500 worth of damage to our year-old home and have taken absolutely no responsibility, despite being presented with clear facts showing the damage could only have come from their services.
