UPDATE: We received a total of one missed phone call from corporate. No voicemail left. Only knew it was them because I googled the number. The company that re-sodded our area said they had just come from re-sodding 2 yards that Massey ruined, and have a third scheduled. UPDATE 2: Got a call from a regional manager after the update. Our front yard was ruined under their “care.” We’ve had nothing but problems with this area. When we moved in a year ago, it was looking like it needed some help, but was still pretty full of grass. The previous owners were using Massey, so we signed up too to have them continue fertilizing the yard. The salesman used scare tactics to say we had chinch bugs in this section and that’s why it was dying. After we signed a contract, he came back and said oh no, it’s not chinch bugs, it’s an irrigation issue (it’s definitely not)... read more
Massey Irrigation is a great value! I continue to recommend this service. They take care of the irrigation system and they do a super job!
Supervisor, Luke did a great job fixing the problem. Gave it 110%. He knows irrigation!
