We've had Massey Services in the past and decided to request them again. They resumed the maintenance treatment 7/21as promised.
Doug Mitchell, Irrigation Specialist, with a wealth of knowledge, is helpful and easy to talk to regarding customer issues. I especially appreciate how thorough he is at explaining the problem, fixes and future maintenance goals. An expert troubleshooter shooter evaluating the whole system, as well as, current problem before completion.
I had a good experience when they came over to my property. Thoroughly went through the lawn and told me what the found and showed me also. Told me the different plans they had, if I wanted Monthly or Bi- Monthly, what the cost was etc. No pressured sales.
I had such a great experience with Chad from Massey! He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and made sure I understood the process. I especially appreciated that he was mindful of my cats and took the time to reassure me that everything would be safe for them.
