If I could say one thing about the service they sure do give you a bunch of excuses! Have had service for about three months almost four! New sod yard was pristine waited the time frame almost two months then hired them!!! So far big mistake. Always excuse my front yard has dead spots from some sort of bug! Was told someone would come back out no one showed instead they called me and gave me a line of bull! Told yard was properly sprayed! Had Massey for 2.5 years at this house consistent and five years at my other house. This is how good of a job they do with protecting against chinch bugs. Totally disappointed. Logan was great at trying to fix it when he discovered it. This is the aftermath for subscribing to a premium service that is suppose to protect against it.
Logan came out today to fertilize our shrubs and we would like to express how polite and professional he was. I hope you all treat him well.
Do NOT use them for termites! They cut down and ruined our pool screen- the screen repair guy said they’ve never seen a job done so poorly at tenting! Massey management continued to never return calls. They were horribly unprofessional and I couldn’t recommend them less!
