Specialties Massa's Seafood Grill prepares Fresh Gulf Coast seafood. History Established in 1999. Tony Massa opened Massa's Oyster House in downtown Houston at Capital and Louisiana Street in 1944. Along with Louis Massa they built up the restaurant and gained national recognition when the restaurant moved to 802 Rusk in the early 1960's.
