I had a fabulous massage at MassageLuXe in West Bloomfield. The masseur, Leon, was fantastic. A nice young man to begin with, our conversation was very interesting, and he is very knowledgeable about many subjects. My aches and pains disappeared under his steady and strong hands.
Horrible customer service. I did not understand their canellation policy and the general manager told me to just leave. She was rude and tried to demean me with her arrogant attitude. Don't sign on with them, but if you do, read the FINE PRINT!
I thought I would just try it for a massage once in awhile, but I found it such a pleasant, friendly, cozy place to come and that was before even getting onto the massage table. Veesha is a terrific massage therapist, and I now look forward to my bi-monthly sessions that are so reasonable with a membership. Scheduling is very flexible and the staff is wonderfull. I really love this place!
My first visit was seven months ago using a Groupon. It was a great experience. I now have a membership and enjoy using it as much as my time allows. With a busy life, my membership has been as flexible as I need it to be. I have had massages and facials and enjoyed all experiences thus far. Definitely worth you trying.

I absolutely LOVE this spa! The staff is so friendly and make it a point to get to know their customers and members. The massages have all been great no matter the therapist. Their prices are fair and their membership is so worth it for those who want regular massages. I never feel pressure to buy into anything or upgrade like I do at other spas. The staff and therapists here really care and that's what keeps me coming back :)
Have gone to MassageluXe since last fall and have had wonderful massages with two different therapists. I bought the monthly membership package - highly recommend the spa. The additional feature of unlimited visits on their water therapy bed is awesome.
I have been visiting the West Bloomfield Massage Luxe for about nine months now. I have seen about five different massage therapists. Each individual therapist had their own special ways but all have been great! The therapists and the front desk staff are more than accommodating. Staff genuinely cares about the customers. It is never difficult to get an appointment. The ambience of the spa is relaxing and inviting.
I loved my massage and facial. The front desk lady was fine and very helpful. Love that they carry Repechage products. I would highly recommend Massageluxe!
