1 hour massage was a total of 35 minutes of massage time. Front desk says that's the normal time to allow for dressing and undressing. She kept digging her nails into my skin when giving the massage. My arm muscles and fronts of my legs were not done. I used to have a membership here but they have gotten so bad that I will be giving the rest of my gift cards away and not going back.

Absolutely fabulous. Mallory was an attentive and professional masseuse. Kasey gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. Katie running the front desk was efficient and welcoming. Thanks again to all 3 of you! M9/16/25 update Thank you very much to Hayden for exceptional customer service

Terrible, garbage. I paid 150 for a package deal, then they talked my girlfriend into an 85 a month deal. I told them to cancel it and they hung up on me.

So disappointed, been a client for over 11 years. Call day before my 4pm 90 min appt. Ask if there are any later apps. - no full. Then I ask if I can make mine a 60 instead of 90 since I won't be back in time. Sure! Great show up at 4:27 for my 4:30 appt (60 min) Terri informs me that there must have been miscommunication and they put me 4-5pm. I reminder her my entire phone call was my not getting back into town. She said I will still be charged. So I guess miscommunication on their part still costs the clients. Let's also ... read more
