When I called to make my appointment, the woman who answered the phone was not very accommodating. I asked to come at 4:00 or later because I had to work and she told me that there were appointments then but she really did not want to fill them and wanted to fill earlier times first. Even though she's a little shy, she creates a calm, welcoming space. Plus, for anyone who needs it, ella es bilingual en inglés y español. Making communication easy for me. Highly recommend!
