The lady at the front desk was really sweet! Rocky did my deep tissue massage& it was the best I'd ever had!! He asked if I had any problem spots and I told him what was bothering me the most. He took his time and concentrated on those areas& I melted!! Love this place!

Called and scheduled a massage for the same day. They confirmed that they would see me that afternoon before hanging up. When I arrived, they had scheduled me for the next day which I could not make and told me there was nothing they could do. They did not even offer anything to make up for their mistake and my wasted time. I was simply turned away. Too late to schedule elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service and experience.
Had an awesome appointment with Amanda in Southlake today and I will mos def be back . I needed that.
