RecommendedCassie Fike is a wonderful esthetician! I am her mom and this is a bias-free review. Cassie's presence is calming and her facials are so relaxing and soothing. I really enjoy my time with her and I highly recommend Cassie for a restful beautifying experience at the MassageLuxe spa. I am always glowing after my facial with Cassie and my face feels amazing. noisy and would not recommend a prenatal massage
My experiences there had been great until my dog got sick and needed medical attention I explained I couldn’t afford to pay the $65 each month for a massage. The receptionist explained I could freeze my account not telling me there was a form or a monthly free and that I could just start it up whenever. I thought that was great and thought I went through with the process. I was misinformed and still charged the $65 and will not get a refund for miscommunication on their end.
RecommendedI had an amazing experience today and highly recommend this place. Robyn was my massage therapist and she was professional, listened to my needs and was friendly. she did amazing. Shauna did my facial and she is the best!!!! she went above and beyond to make it special and tailored to my needs. Highly recommend her!!!!
The receptionist was extremely pushy with sales. Even after we said no thank you she continued to nag. Both myself and my friend felt very uncomfortable. The massage therapist were excellent, but left on such a bad note we won’t be returning.
Recommendednever have gotten a bad massage here. I could do without the sales pitch every time though
Was supposed to have a couples massage today and they called us an hour before to cancel. We had this appointment for a week. Definitely rude and disappointed. Didn’t offer a discount or even seem slightly apologetic

Incompetent and unprofessional employees. I booked 2 massages (1 for adult and minor) and was told parent had to sign and be in the building. I schedule them for the same time and it was never questioned that they had to be in the same room. One of the employees was dressed sloppy and looked like she rolled out of bed, no smile or greeting. when a customer goes into a spa they want it to be clean, tranquil and have good customer service. way to lose $200 in 2 mins. they used the excuse that the employee was new. there was 2 ... read more
