We first had an issue with them not honoring a Groupon that was a gift. However the district manager contacted me by phone personally and asked how she could resolve the issue. After expressing my dissatisfaction she refunded the difference that my sister had to pay on a gifted Groupon. This is excellent customer service and my sister said her massage was fantastic.

The first time I went in it was great I used a Groupon I got as a gift. I then purchased one for myself at check out today the MANAGER refused to honor my groupon told me I had to pay full price. Very unprofessional woman and I will not be returning.
A massage well expidited to suite your therapeutic needs.
Super friendly staff, but don't go there if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. That is what I asked for, even told the therapist during the massage. Her touch was so light I almost fell asleep. Did not get what I asked for or what I needed. Told the staff up front afterwards and I was then told oh if you really want a deep tissue massage I can have so and so massage you. I should have had that the first time around. Then he wanted me to sign up for their membership.

I apologize Terri that you did not enjoy and get your deep tissue massage you wanted. I would like to invite you back again, and I guarantee you will have a much better massage experience. Please ask for one of the managers when you call to book your appointment.
If you're in the Fort Worth , ya need to stop and try the hydro massage and a deep tissue massage! Well worth it. One of the best I've ever had by far!
The lead therapist in southlake is the best ever I'm really close to him and as a therapist he is one of the best.
