The massages were great the price was good. They charge me for months of use but I did not use. Then wanted me to join to get about four months I had already paid for back?I told them in the beginning and now I do not live in Bluesprings. I can’t guarantee once a month that’s why I would’ve never authorized a charge every month

I don't even live near there, I drove about 30 minutes south of my home, they are professional and listen to me when I explain what I like, they are decently priced.
Seriously, please go get a facial done by Lindsey. I just adore her. She really delivers quality work and cares about the skin care needs of the people she works on. Front desk gals are courteous and helpful. Brett is our Massage therapist and he is awesome!
TERRIBLE business practices! It is EXTREMELY difficult to actually schedule an appointment. To add injury to insult, last week they sent multiple texts to remind me of a scheduled appointment, called the night prior to the appointment, and then they cancelled my appointment the morning of the appointment. They rope you into a membership that can not be cancelled over the phone. My guess is that at least 75% of the people end up paying for services they are unable to use. Save your money and pay full price somewhere else.

Do not go here. They don’t value their customers, and they have questionable business practices; Like charging a credit that they didn’t have permission to use. When I notified them of the mistake, I was treated terribly. They talked down to me and acted like it was an inconvenience to give me my money back even though they acknowledged that it was their mistake. This is how they treat customers that have had a membership with them for almost 2 years.
