I paid for a massage... not someone to just put their hands on me and just sit there.. got about 15 minutes massage when paying for a 50 minute session...

This is the worst place for massage and they are also thieves. I had a monthly program that due to their bad service I was wanting to cancel. Well they canceled my account and kept my $250 and would not let me get the massages to spend what I had paid , Because I had canceled my account. It is the worst place ever for customer service and I hope that they will be shut down for their poor business practices

I've maintained a membership at Massage Luxe for nearly a decade. In that time I've had two awful, frustrating experiences - both of which were had at the Blue Springs location very recently. They waisted my time and were unaccomodating and/or perhaps incapable of creating a solution for me while under their roof. All this with full understanding that it required an 80 mile round trip for me to offer my business. I left both times disappointed and unserved. I will never step foot in their doors again.
