I paid $100 for one hour massage because I was desperate to get in somewhere same day. I just wanted a relaxing massage, which I was very clear about. I told her I enjoyed light pressure & focus on my back mainly. I then mentioned my lower back was stiff from some remodeling, which she said she could give a little more/deeper pressure & I agreed. I had a facial done and the esthetician told dead baby jokes during the procedure. I ask her her to stop and she moved on to racist jokes. I told her racist jokes were not funny, and she assured me that there were some that were. I left the facial at that time. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and asked for a manager to call me the next day. She never did. Their solution to me - after making me pay for my ruined facial- was to just schedule appointments for when that esthetician wasn’t working. I had still not talke... read more

Welll I've had good experiences there before, however today was AWFUL. I booked a 2 hour massage and facial. The massage SUCKED. I literally had to tell her to move to a different part of the body as I was becoming so sore. she only stayed in a straight line on my legs and arms Didn't massage higher than my knees. After the massage was done, I was so stiff and sore from it, not to mention a severe headache. Its like they only want to stay on your back, and no where else. it was NOT relaxing at all. i got my facial done today, i specifically told them i am concerned about my pores and blackheads. spent $95 ( introductory price) on their so called VIP facial. guess what my blackheads are still there. no exfoliation or anything , she just applied 3-4 different kinds of mask and sat their waiting for each mask to dry and take it off tada your facial is done. then at reception i found out that facial's actual price is $200 what a joke. then trick you into getting membership which 105 for epic. i might have gotten membership... read more
