I have been a member for years, the issue is that I work very hard and I work a lot of hours. When I can I make appointments for both a massage & facial & every time I do...the day of the appointment they call and cancel one or both of my appointments. I have not been since November when I was told to give them another chance because of new ownership. It is now July I go into cancel my membership and I'm told that I will loose all of the months that I have not used. DO NOT waste you $$$$ on a membership.
The Massage Luxe in Wentzville is great. I have used multiple massage therapists and most of them do a fantastic job! Shaquille and Stephanie are my two favorites and I try to book with either of them. Front desk staff is friendly, rooms are clean and good temperatures. Even though the massages are only 50 mins, it's money well spent! I highly recommend them for massages!
Deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. Cody did a great job!
I was very pleased with how I was treated! My facial and massage were both amazing! Great staff! I can't wait to go again!:) Ask for Stephanie for a facial! She was amazing!
Very pleased with their services. Everyone was friendly and did an excellent job :-)
