I was disappointed with the results of my Brazilian wax. The technician was not thorough which resulted in a lot of missed areas. I was told it would be necessary to return several times to get complete results. I’ve used Massage Luxe off Hanley Road and was always satisfied with the results in one visit. I would not recommend this location for this service. Despite the results I still have a tip but I will take my business elsewhere.

I had a good massage, everyone was nice,but the prices have gone up like crazy. 100 dollars for a massage! Are you out of your mind? There are other establishments at excellent prices that I will be visiting from now on where I can get just as good of a massage .
They had my CC after purchasing gift card and then started charging my acct every mth saying that I signed up for a monthly membership. Kristen is rude on the phone. Will never go back!!!!

I wouldn’t know where to start
Place is horrible, they change your appointments right before nearly every time you make one, customer service is very shitty and don't know what their doing. Beware of stacking up hours because they will not make it easy whatsoever to use them up or give you ways to use them. When you do have time to make an appointment they most likely will ask you to change it or will tell you they can't do it at the last minute. Won't refund your money when it's their fault. This place is overall a scam and very low class.
Customer service is horrible, the girls don't know what they are talking about, their all very judgmental, snobby people.
