Terrible service from front desk and no sincere concern or offer to fix the scheduling errors.
RecommendedGreat experience... I had been in pain for about 2 weeks nothing was helping. Went in today and Stephanie did an amazing job with my massage. I’ll definitely be going back.

Came in for my first appt to being told that it’s cancelled because the girls car is broke down on highway and hope she will still make it and they still try to set up a Second appt on My only day Off already a inconvenience to drive all the way there to tell me after I arrive . I haven’t even had the chance at a massage and already this company is bad business ! They offered no compensation for inconveniencing my day either .
You have to find the right person that fits your massage needs and I have mine!
noisy and would not recommend a prenatal massage
Incompetent and unprofessional employees. I booked 2 massages (1 for adult and minor) and was told parent had to sign and be in the building. I schedule them for the same time and it was never questioned that they had to be in the same room. One of the employees was dressed sloppy and looked like she rolled out of bed, no smile or greeting. when a customer goes into a spa they want it to be clean, tranquil and have good customer service. way to lose $200 in 2 mins. they used the excuse that the employee was new. there was 2 ... read more
Have gone to Kandis for my facials several times and loved each one! I did go to another girl once when Kandis wasn't available and she was no where near as good as Kandis. Kandis is very thorough in explaining what she is doing and why. (but not annoyingly during the facial) She is gentle and doesn't make you feel embarrassed if your skin isn't perfect. The place is clean and I always leave with my face feeling so amazing!!
4 stars I had a great experience today. I will definitely get another message here in the future.
