Had a great experience. It was my first time there, in the masseuse was really good, and use the appropriate pressure that I liked. I like the bonus HydroMassage that you get at the end. The staff was nice and professional as well!
I've been there a few times now and really enjoy it. However (this is a good however), I came in yesterday after two days of hard workouts and had all but locked my shoulders up with soreness and strain. Kelsi worked wonders. She was finding issues I didn't know I had. I had mobility back, allowing me to function as a normal human being again. Usually I have to wait a couple of days to feel human after each round of heavy workouts.
Last week Megan helped my 3 day headache. Yesterday Stephanie gave me a fabulous microderm. Hubby & I both are monthly members.
Gwen & Lori are awesome!!! :) I signed up for a monthly membership. Looking forward to a more relaxed, stress free body. :)
