The facial service was great, but the customer service at the front desk was not. One girl at the front desk did not want to honor a special that was advertised on IG and FB. I showed them the ad BEFORE I received my service. I was told they would honor it, but an hour later when it came time to pay, they said they wouldn’t give me the sale price. Poor customer service. My $20 tip turned into a $40 charge with no explanation until I called the store twice to finally get an answer. If you cancel your membership and select giftcard option be sure you have your appointments booked well in advance bc otherwise you’ll have to pay $20 to use the 1 hr massage you’ve also already paid for!! Beware of gifting or buying a gift certificate from them. Only valid 6 months & on a gifted one, even though you pay monthly membership, they will not honor past the 6 months. Not honoring gift certificates for 5 years, in Illinois, is not legal.
