I went to Jesse with a specific shoulder issue and he helped diagnose what might be going on based on recent activities and what I was feeling. He worked both sides and was considerate of my shoulder's limitations. His approach seemed very methodical. He suggested some strengthening and stretching exercises to do on my own. His flexible schedule and reasonable pricing was very appreciated!
