Just watched the video on lymphatic draining. Amazing! I've just gone thru 3 rounds of antibiotics and still clogged since Christmas. Tried these exercises and feel like I've just been enlightened! Everything started moving immediately! Thank you soooooo much!

After Feeling like there was nothing I could do to help all the aches and pains in my entire body I came across these self massage technique videos.
