RecommendedI have a sinus infection and chronic rhinitis. My friend sent me this YouTube video of Heather doing self lymphatic drainage.. it’s amazing! I can feel the lymphatic drainage moving and draining. I always do a little bit of it around my eyes and nose, but now I can go much further with it! I also have some lymphedema in my right arm, and do lymphatic drainage for that. Thanks so much to my friend and Heather!!
