I just did the lymph drainage and ear drainage for the first time. AMAZING. I'll do this daily forever. Clearing up a serious sinus infection, this moved stuff so much I feel lighter headed - possible normal for the first time in years. I feel so good I'm going to take a nap because with sinus infection and so much pain, I havent been sleeping much. I also think this will help my problem neck posture, probably crunching because pain and weight/pressure in all the lymphs and ears.
