Very professional and educated massage therapist in all areas of full body massage, stretches, along with stretches needed from having had surgery recovery from knee replacements, frozen shoulders and rotator cuff and 35 yrs fibromyalgia! Can’t say enough about Trudi’s knowledge and time put into your massage therapy & personalized stretches taught and performed! Trudie is amazing! My mother was having problems with her neck and shoulders. It was difficult for her to move her head from left to right. She did a massage session with Trudie. In short, my mother regain her ability to move her head. Her shoulder pain was gone. Within 2 hours, my mom was her old self again. Trudie, I can't thank you enough for your expertise in helping my mother. God bless and thanks again!
