RecommendedI have to tell you Facebook friends that I went Friday morning and got my facial @ Massage Theory and they once again hit it out of the park. Every service that I receive there out does any other spa that I have ever tried. Their staff is warm and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable. If you or anyone that you love enjoys a massage or facial this is the place to go.

We had great massages at Massage Theory. I was visiting Amelia Island with 4 other women and we scheduled all 5 of us the same day. Tanya was my therapist. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I opted for deep tissue and she made my low back feel better than it has in months. An excellent spa. We were all very pleased. And following it up with a beer at the SJ brewery next door is recommended too!
Melissa was fantastic today with my facial! Knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about what she does! Thanks so much and I would definitely recommend her for facials!

Massage Theory is my go to when I need to relax. The staff is super nice and Stacy did a great job with the massage. I’d highly recommend Massage Theory to anyone.
Been here twice on short notice appointments! They accommodated me both times! Each time, I had an excellent massage therapist that addressed my specific needs/ trouble spots and not only addressed them but completely alleviated of some rather painful issues I’d been having! If you’re on the fence about trying this place, just go for it! You will not be disappointed!
I loved this! I will be back and I think everyone in my family is getting gift cards for Christmas!!
