I had a wonderful experience at Massage Retreat & Spa. Everyone was VERY friendly and answered any questions I had. So very happy with my choice to go here. I will be recommending them to anyone. :D
I got a Groupon deal for two 90 minute massages. I went to the Plymouth one and was not impressed, so I figured I'd give this one a shot. I got there early, filled out the paperwork, then went to use the bathroom. When I got back to the lobby (about 3 minutes before my appointment), my massage therapist was waiting and greeted me. I opted in for the deep tissue oils for $10, and that was worth it, in my opinion. My therapist was aware of my knots and made sure to work them. if you pay for an hour long massage 430-530. you would expect to get a 60 minute massage. I ended up getting let into my appointment at 440 had a short consult. My massage didn't start until 4:50 and was done at 5:30 which end up being a 40 minute massage not 60. After my session I was pressured to get a memebership to get a discount. If you get short changed by 20 minutes and pay full price for a massage. There is no way that I will come back unless things are made right. I definitely feel ripped off.
